Ask what I love most in this world, and in that list you'll undoubtedly see the word "comics".
Specifically, you'll see the word "Superman" underlined a couple times as my favorite. I am fully prepared for a wave of hate, what with Supe's bad rep: "He's a perfect boyscout!" "There's no negative sides!" "He has no character development!" "No moral dilema", "Nothing BAD ever happens to him." ect.
There's a list about ten miles long, and part of it stems from the fact there's yet to be a good Superman movie painting the hero in a new light. All the superheroes we know and love today were at one point completely obscured to those unexposed to comics, or painted in a negative light due to the lack of a good movie.
